Research

Most of my research is aimed at better understanding and treating ADHD in adults. My collaborative scholarship has also investigated how growth mindsets relate to mental health and how growth mindset interventions can be improved. With Dr. Gill Hickman, I have investigated how organizational leaders can best navigate personal crisis while in a leadership role.
